Maybe I am too practical and stubborn a person to be touched by the Holy Spirit even though I tried once but like the rest of the brothers "nothing happen"!

This morning on my way to work, a car very abruptly cut into the lane of the another car in front of mine on such a wet morning.
I thought if I am the car infront I would have horn and high beam all the way! However, the car in front did nothing and continue driving like nothing happen!

Just then, the crystal cross hanging under my car's rearview mirror sparkled into the corner of my eye, seemed like the Holy spirit telling me: Hey! why you so unchristian!

Also on a previous occasion, I was dogfighting with another car on CTE until the other car swifted infront of me and I saw the silhouette of the huge cross under the other car's rear mirror. Only then, I felt so unworthy and ashamed so I slowed down to withdraw. As Emay mentioned there are times that we may lose focus and rent ourselves to Satan's influence. But we must be thankful that the Holy Spirit do touch and remind us of the Lord's presence in every little ways.

Remembered Thomas mentioned once that we may be unworthy to uphold the quality of the Holy Cross, but in this case it's definitely a good reminder for one to be more Christlike in our personal behaviours and attitudes.

Therefore my personal reflection for Gregory's question on how to love God......is to constantly remember God and to do things that will bring honor to His name.
