Sunday... Mummy went shopping with my sister at the book fair again! Overheard they both bought mountains of books. Evening brought the kids to the Hi-5 concert.

Some interesting sightings of us being human beings and "the Locals" First scene: Two ladies were arguing over the kids blocking the other lady sitting at the front row's view. Finally one of the lady (wearing a big diamond studded cross) decided to conclude the "show" by sarcastically "bless" the other party "God bless you" (so unchristian!).

Second scene: While in the crowded male's toilet....(guessed still least packed then the ladies) while all the urinals and only cubicle is occupied, saw one father helping his son to pee in the wash basin! Urghhhhhh........ another father simply ask his son to pee at one corner of the wall! Can't imagine this happening in Singapore!

Over the weekend, did quite a lot of things from the long-missed shopping, attending charity dinner to the Hi-5 Concert at Expo. Saturday was hectic, morning rushing to deliver mum's famous dumplings to her friend at Bishan on route to fetch my MIL before Nicole's class.

After class, headed for Suntec City for lunch and the World book fair. Quite a good deal for book lovers! LS was trilled and can't wait to go back for another shopping spree.

Back home in the evening, contemplating if should bring Noelle to the dinner also but eventually, she slept before we set off. Nicole looked so drama in her new cheongsam mum bought from her Shanghai trip.

At the dinner, both Adam (my nephew) and Nicole enjoyed themselves so much.

It's raining cats and dogs outside... Thank God! came back in time before the downpour, but having a bad headache from a jerky car ride back from Upper Bukit Timah. One of those things that least HR personnels like to do that is to announce closure of business. Thank God again only one staff is affected and apparently he seemed to be prepared for this day.

Meanwhile still trying to fill the table for Saturday's dinner.....sigh! so difficult to invite people to eat!
